nav_red_arrow.gif Latest REALTORS®' Confidence Index
Continued job creation and low interest rates are sustaining housing demand, but a lack of inventory and resulting price increases are weighing on sales and affordability.
nav_red_arrow.gif How Many Houses are Vacant at Your Zip Code?
Housing vacancies are currently at the lowest levels since at least 2005, according to the Census Bureau estimates. But how did housing vacancy rates change at a local level between 2011 and 2014?
